Hello! Let me introduce myself.
Hello there! My name is Nawinee Suwansawang, and I am thrilled to introduce myself and my blog. As a fitness and wellness enthusiast, I wanted to create a platform to share my experiences and insights on living a healthy lifestyle.
Before turning into a blogger, I worked in finance, hospitality, and, most recently, health and wellness. I currently oversee and manage the operations of a spa, where we emphasize the benefits of self-care and how it can help our customers and patients live healthily and be well.
When I’m not working, you can find me indulging in my hobbies, such as reading, cooking, traveling, and working out (which is my main priority!). Sticking to my workout routines and making it my lifestyle has benefited me physically and emotionally, making me feel strong inside and out.
I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. I care about what I eat and see my diet as crucial to my well-being. Meditation is my favorite self-care activity that helps reduce stress and stay focused. I am all about balanced living.
Starting a blog has been a long-time dream of mine, and I see it as an outlet to share my and other people’s works, inspiration, and tips on achieving a balanced healthy lifestyle.
